Manchester United’s Amad has confirmed he ‘should’ return to full training at Carrington by Friday afternoon.
Amad arrived at United last year for £37m from Atalanta but, after scoring against AC Milan in the Europa League, he was limited to sporadic first team opportunities, which led to the framework being agreed to loan the youngster out for this season.
The winger was set to join Dutch side Feyenoord on loan this summer, however he sustained a thigh muscle injury that prevented him from temporarily leaving the club and has since been sidelined with that issue, undergoing rehabilitation.
Amad returned to light training in late September and he’s now revealed his full comeback isn’t far away.
