Manchester United have offered a contract offer to Bayern Munich midfielder Leon Goretzka, claims a report.
The German international is out of contract next summer and United are conscious of his circumstance.
Bild insists that United have submitted a contract offer to the 26-year-old. Bayern wants to retain the midfielder but contract talks have not amassed too much.
An offer of €10m to €12m has been made to the player from Bayern, but Goretzka wants equality with Leroy Sane.
According to Bild, Goretzka wants a €20m-a-year-package to match the former Man City star’s contract.
Whether Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is lining up the Germany star to replace Paul Pogba is as yet uncertain. Pogba though will also be out of contract next summer and there has been no sign of a new deal at Old Trafford.
